This web site brings to mind fond memories of the humble beginnings of the Capacity Building Programme for NSAs when in 2007 it started as a two-officer establishment operating from small shared rooms at the National Authorizing Officer, NAO Support Unit in the Ministry of Finance at the Capital Hill.   The programme has now grown to a full-fledged office comprising a programme management unit in Lilongwe and three regional offices in Mzuzu, at the PMU and in Blantyre. This site is yet another landmark in the growth of the Capacity Building Programme for NSAs in Malawi.

Through this web site we intend to provide a glimpse of the NSA programme and help you connect with fellow non-state actors and other stakeholders nationally, regionally as well as globally. In addition, this web site is intended to keep you informed of developments in the NSA programme and importantly provide an avenue for your participation in a programme that is designed to benefit a large constituency of multi-sectoral players in the development of our country.
